摘要
建立了毛细管柱气相色谱测定食品中甜蜜素含量的方法.样品中的甜蜜素经提取后,在优化的色谱条件下,用弱极性毛细管柱(HP-5)分离、火焰离子化检测器(FID)测定.结果表明标准曲线满足线性回归方程Y=0.0004X+6.1852,相关系数0.9996.试样中3个添加水平回收率为94.9%~98.5%,相对标准偏差为0.71%~3.70%,方法检出限饮料样品2mg/L,固体样品20mg/kg.
A method for determinating sodium cyclamate in foods was developed. The sodium cyclamate in the food samples was extracted with a homogenizer. Under the optimized chromatograph conditions, the sodium cyclamate in the foods was separated by weak-polar capillary column (HP-5), and determined by a fire iron detector (FID). The result showed that the standard curve met the linear equation Y=0. 000 4X +6. 185 2, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 6. The average recovery ranged from 94.9~ to 98. 5%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 0.71%--3.70%. The minimum detection limit was 2 mg/L and 20 mg/kg in the drink samples and solid samples, respectively.
