摘要
从天然水体中分离并纯化获得藻类物质,经细胞形态和显微形态观察,鉴定为小球藻(Chlorella).通过小球藻液对Hg2+的吸附实验研究,获得了最佳的吸附实验条件,并研究了小球藻对Hg2+的吸附特征.结果表明:小球藻对Hg2+的生物吸附能力强,其吸附行为可以用Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附方程描述,但更符合Freundlich吸附模型.
One alga separated and purified from natural water-body was identified as Chlorella by cytomor-phological and microscopic examination. The effect of experimental conditions on the adsorption of Chlorella to mercury ion was examined and the optimal conditions were obtained. Moreover, the adsorption characteristics of Chlorella to mercury ion were studied. The results showed that Chlorella has strong biosorption capacity to mercury ion, and the adsorption behavior can be described by Langmuir and Freundlich isothermal adsorption equations, the latter equation being the better.
