摘要
对发达国家商业连锁经营的由来发展及其规律性作了初步探讨，认为，积极发展商业连锁经营，既是推进我国国、合商业体制改革和流通现代化的需要，也是“发展新业态，推行新机制”的需要。因此，在国、合商业领域实行商业连锁经营，必须从生产关系上进行突破。否则，就很难从根本上解决一些地区国、合商业“连而不锁”或“连锁危机”的困扰。
The origin, development and regularity of the business chain management on developed countries are investigated. The author thinks that taking vigorous action to develop the business chain management is a need of advancing our business struatural reform, strengthening the modernization of cirsulation developing a new state of enterprises and pursuing a new system. Therefore, we should make a breakthrough in the relation of production otherwise it is very difficult to extricate the state enterprises in some areas once and for all from the predicament of the inefficient chain management.
