摘要
提出了一种基于Matlab的CT脑组织图像提取算法,该算法克服了传统方法主观选择阈值等方面的不足,设定算法自动获取阈值,然后采用数学形态学及集合论方法,实现脑组织的分割与提取,既提高了工作效率,又提高了分割的准确度。
In this paper, a brain CT image segmentation algorithm based on Matlab has been proposed, which overcomes shortages of manual threshold selection in traditional algorithm. At first, it looks for an appropriate threshold automatically, and then it applied knowledge of mathematical - morphologics, set theory and anatomy to achieve brain segmentation and extraction. This algorithm not only improved calculating efficiency but also enhanced segmentation veracity.
