摘要
在锦纶纺丝过程中,适当提高螺杆压缩段的温度,使物料相变点A和B前移,有利于物料的充分熔融,使熔体品质更好;适当降低螺杆计量段的温度,抑制己内酰胺聚合体的分解,这样便可提高锦纶帘子线的强力,并减少疵点丝。
In polycaprolactam spinning process, raise appropriately temperature that compression section of screw, enable polymer phase transition point moves ahead, help polymer melt fully to better quality; reduce appropriately temperature that measurement section of screw, restrain polycaprolactam decomposition, so can raise strength and reduce flaw of polycaprolactam tyre cord.
