Track-and-Column Braiding Process and Its Yarn Carrier

纵横步进编织工艺是目前应用于制作多维纺织结构复合材料预成形体的主要手段,而载纱装置的设计是实现纵横步进编织工艺的重要工作。本文叙述了纵横步进编织的工作原理及理论上对载纱装置的要求,并介绍了载纱装置及其改进。

Track and column braiding is a main method to gain the preforms of three-dimensional braiding hybrid composites,and the work of designing the yarn carrier is very important to realize the track and column braiding process. This paper introduces the theory of the track and column braiding and the designing of the yarn carrier,at the same time,gives an analysis to several yarn carriers.
