在一步法湿法腈纶生产中采用涤纶非织造布滤片取代传统的机织布过滤材料净化 NaSCN溶剂,使整个生产系统中 NaSCN溶剂含有的微粒直径有效地控制在 5um以下,降低了生产成本,提高了腈纶纤维质量。
This article discusses the advantage that PET nonwoven fabric is taken use of to purge thiocyanate solvent instead of traditional woven fabric material in the one-stage wet method of the producing acrytic fibre process. If we take use of the producing method the particles diameter in thiocyanate solvent will be controlled under 5 μm effectively. It will reduce the producing cost and improve the quality of products.
