纤维素酶综合整理纯棉牛仔布的应用研究

摘要 讨论了纤维素酶的浓度、处理温度、pH值、时间与纯棉牛仔布的失重率关系。探讨了各种酸根离子、金属离子、表面活性剂、氨基硅油等添加物对纤维素酶的影响。评定了经酶洗后再用氨基硅油综合整理的纯棉牛仔布的质量。试验证明,经酶洗和氨基硅油综合整理纯棉牛仔布的悬垂性、柔软性、耐磨性、弹性等指标明显优于只经酶洗整理的纯棉牛仔布。 Discusses the relationship among the denim's deweight rate, pH value, treating temperature and time, cellulose enzyme conncentration. Analyzes the effect of different kinds of additive such as acid radical ion, metal ion surface-active agent, amino-silicone oil on the cellulose enzyme. And evaluates the quality of pure cotton denim finished with enzyme and treated with amino-silicone oil. Concludes that indexes of denim finished by enzyme and amino-silicone oil such as drapeness, softness, endurance and elasticity, better than those finished only by cellulose enzyme.
