摘要
对具有非线性等式约束的问题，本文首先给出一个新的求基转轴运算，然后将广义既约梯度法与变尺度法相结合，给出了一个新的算法，并在适当条件下证明了全局收敛性。
Presents a new pivoting method to solve the problems with nonlinear equality constraints. Proposes a new algorithm combining GRG with BFGS and proves its global convergence under an appropriate assumptions.
