本文对企业怎样留住人才作了探讨。论述了企业应从物质奖励、情感投资、民主管理和知人善任等几个方面来充分调动人才的主动性和创造性,从而有效地吸引人才、留住人才。
This paper discusses how to stop brain draining in enterprises. It emphases the importance of material award, emotional investment, democratic administration and appropriate personnel appointment and advocates the strategy of stopping brain draining and attracting gifted people through giving full play to people's creativity and initiality.
