摘要
基于纵向变截面轧制的特点,根据轧件受力分析了LP钢板轧制过程的咬入角和咬入条件。利用前滑的定义推导出纵向变截面轧制的前滑模型,通过离散化处理得到工程应用的纵向变截面轧制楔形区的前滑公式。以LP钢板轧制实例,对仿真和模型计算结果进行了分析比较,验证了理论公式的正确性,为LP钢板的轧制提供了理论依据。
Based on rolling characters of longitudinal profiled (LP) plate, nip angle and biting condition are analyzed for LP plate rolling according to force condition. Forward slip model is deduced according to the definition of for- ward slip, and discrete forward slip formula is obtained in the course of LP plate taper rolling. By use of actual size of roller and slab for LP plate rolling, rolling parameters obtained by both model and simulation are compared and analyzed. The results indicate that the theoretical formula is right and provide a basis for the rolling process of LP plate.
