摘要
教师的工作是富有创造性的事业,而目前我国中小学教师创造性缺失的现象却很严重。造成这种现象的主观原因主要是教师已有的教育观念,已习惯的工作方式及自身成长经历的影响;客观原因主要有学校管理体制及社会文化的影响。为此,我们应当从构建合适的环境与机制,关注教师的教育实践和构建一体化的教师教育创新体制来培养和提高教师的创造性。
The work of teacher is the cause that has creativity, and now in our country, the phenomenon that the teacher creativity of primary school is short of to lose is very serious. Cause the subjective reason of this kind of phenomenon is teacher mainly it is al- ready some to educate idea, the working way that had been accustomed to and self grow up the influ- ence of experience; Objective reason has the influ- ence of school management system and social cul- ture mainly. Therefore, we should build suitable environment and mechanism, the education of solicitude teacher is practised, and build the teacher educational innovation system of unifinication to train and raise the creativity of teacher.
