摘要
对员工胜任力的合理利用和有效开发越来越被企业高管视为企业的战略性武器。员工的胜任力已成为企业核心竞争力的关键,成为企业竞争优势的来源。本文对基于胜任力的薪酬管理构架及基于胜任力的薪酬管理运用策略进行了探讨,以促进企业吸引人才、留住人才和鼓励人才发挥核心优势作用。
The competence of staff and the rational use of the effective development of more and more business executives as a strategic weapon. Staff competence has become the core competitiveness of key enterprises has become a source of competitive advantage. But how to attract and retain qualified personnel, to encourage talented people to play a central role in advantage, so that they can provide minimal input from the other side get the most out of production. In the end, the payment management based on the competence is discussed in this article.
