摘要
超细南瓜粉是经气流粉碎工艺制成的超细粉(粒径在10μm以下),为研究其对实验性糖尿病模型家兔的影响作用,本实验分别以一定剂量的超细南瓜粉与复方超细南瓜粉给予喂饲。用现代医学检验手段对治疗前后糖尿病的5个相关指标进行观察,并设机械精磨南瓜粉对照。结果表明,超细南瓜粉的疗效显著,复方超细南瓜粉的疗效更为显著,能很快使造模后家兔糖尿病的各项指标恢复正常,且两者效果都明显优于机械精磨对照组。(统计学分析,P<0.05或<0.01)。
Superfine pumpkin powder was made by low-temperature air current micronizing procession.In order to study its effect on alloxan-induced diabetic tame rabbits,tame rabbits were fed respectively on superfine pumpkin powder and compound superfine pumkin powder under given conditions,and five relevant diabetic indexes were examined by modern medical inspection,with a group fed on mechanically ground pumpkin powder as control.The results indicated that the curative effect of the compound powder was most notable,the superfine pumpkin powder took the second place,and,both of them were obviously advantaged than the mechanically ground group.(statistical analysis,p<0.05 or p<0.01
