普通话旧大纲试卷的部分试题存在着难度与分值不匹配的情况。新大纲对此做出了有针对性的调整:如删减词表词语、增减限定时间、增加干扰选项和删改说话题目等。新大纲的这些做法目的都旨在通过新的调整改变试题难度,并使之与试题分值更一致、更匹配。
