模糊算法在肾脏电子病历系统中的应用研究

摘要 本文将模糊逻辑推理的思想运用在肾脏电子病历系统的智能推理和知识表达中,并对一些模糊逻辑推理算法进行改进,使得在处方诊断时,可以根据患者输入的各项化验指标进行模糊推理,排定治疗的手段和治疗的剂量,供医生参考,并用模糊逻辑推理方法在肾脏电子病历系统中进行血液透析和腹膜透析综合运用的自动检测实验,结果表明该算法有效可行,可进一步实现电子病历的智能化。 In this paper, the author applies the idea of fuzzy logic reasoning to the knowledge representation and intelligent reasoning of the electronic patient record system of kidney. Besides, there is improvement about some algorithm of fuzzy logic reasoning. During assistant diagnoses, the system undertakes the fuzzy logic reasoning according to the patient's assay index .It confirms that remedial method and dosage by this way, and offers some references to the doctors. Meanwhile, the author detects the peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis with the above method in the system of electronic medical record. The result indicates that the algorithm of fuzzy logic reasoning is effectual and feasible.
