白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼被引量：7

摘要回顾分析33例(39只眼)单纯行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼的临床资料。结果术后眼压为(15.11±3.18)mmHg,明显低于术前眼压[(27.41±5.58)mmHg],前房明显加深,房角情况不同程度改善。术后矫正视力显著提高,并发症很少。认为单纯白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术是闭角型青光眼安全有效的治疗方法。
