核转录因子-κB在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of nuclear factor-kappa B in cervical squamous cell carcinoma

目的探讨核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)在宫颈鳞癌发生中的作用。方法采用real time RT-PCR和Max Vision免疫组织化学法检测30份宫颈鳞癌及30份正常宫颈组织中NF-κB p50、NF-κB p65的表达。结果宫颈鳞癌组织中NF-κB p50、NF-κB p65蛋白阳性率及其mRNA表达量均明显高于正常宫颈组织(P<0.01)。结论NF-κB是一个新的与宫颈癌相关的癌基因。

Objective To investigate the effect of NF-kB in the pathogenesis of cervical squmous cancer. The expression of the NF-kB p50,NF-KB p65 were examined by real time RT-PCR and immunohistechemical Methods assay in 30 specimens of cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue and 30 specimens of normal cervical tissue. Results The mRNA expression and pmteion positive rate of NF-kB p50, NF-KB p65 in cervical squmous ceu carcinoma were both higher that in the normal cervical tissues（ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion NF-KB is a new tumor gene related to cervical comcer, and hopeful to become a new treatment target.
