不同糖耐量人群血浆神经肽Y、抵抗素水平变化及意义

摘要 目的探讨血浆神经肽Y(NPY)、抵抗素水平与糖脂代谢的关系。方法采用放射免疫分析法测定不同糖耐量人群[2型糖尿病24例(T2DM组),糖耐量受损22例(IGT组),正常健康人20例(对照组)]血浆NPY、抵抗素水平,并与血糖、血脂指标进行相关性分析。结果T2DM组、IGT组NPY、抵抗素水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);肥胖者血浆抵抗素水平高于非肥胖者(P<0.05),血浆NPY两者间无显著差异;NPY与TC呈正相关(r=0.32,P<0.05),与其他指标无相关性;抵抗素与FPG、FINS、腰围、Homa-IR呈正相关(r分别为0.58、0.43、0.54、0.46,P均<0.01),与BMI、TC、TG无相关性;抵抗素与FFA呈强相关性(r=0.56,P<0.01);血浆NPY与抵抗素之间无相关性。结论NPY与脂代谢和T2DM的发生有一定关系,抵抗素与肥胖和糖脂代谢紊乱有关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma levels of neuropetide Y ( NPY), resistin and metabolic status of glucose and lipid. Methods The of plasma levels of NPY and resistin in the population with different glucose tolerances were measured by RIA. Results Plasma level of NPY and resistin in T2DM group and IGT group were significantly higher that that in the control group, the resistin in fat patients were especially higher. There were positive relationship between NPY and TC, resistin and FPG, FZNS, FFA and Homa-ZR. Conclusion NPY and resistin seems to be related to metabolic disorder of glucose and lipid.
