摘要
目的了解大强度耐力训练对中枢神经系统(CNS)的影响,提出预防CNS损伤的观点。方法雄性SD大鼠16只,随机分成对照组和大强度耐力训练组。耐力训练6周,训练后取材,采用HE染色、TUNEL法细胞凋亡检测、免疫组化染色及图像分析方法,观察12个CNS部位。结果(1)大强度耐力训练后CNS凋亡细胞的类型主要为神经胶质细胞,长期大强度耐力训练后CNS各部位细胞凋亡百分率显著增加(P<0.01)。(2)大强度耐力训练后CNS各部位HSP70表达均显著增加(P<0.01),nNOS表达变化不明显(P>0.05),iNOS的表达均显著增加(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论大强度耐力训练对CNS有一定的损伤,运动训练后须考虑足够的恢复时间。
Objective To investigate the effect of high intensity endurance training on central ner-vous system(CNS) and arose the caution to the injury on CNS.Methods Sixteen male SD rats were di-vided into two groups:the control group and high intensity endurance training group.Endurance training lasted for six weeks,HE dyeing,TUNEL and immunohistochemistry technique were applied to observe 12 parts of CNS.Results The type of apoptosis cell in CNS after high intensity endurance training was in the category of glia cells,and apoptosis cells increased remarkably after 6 weeks training;compared with those in the control group;the expression of nNOS in CNS had no obvious change after training,but the expression of iNOS in CNS increased significantly.Conclusion There is some bad effect on CNS after high intensity endurance training,an enough time is needed to ensure the recover of CNS.
