摘要
校企合作是高等职业教育培养应用型人才的必由之路。传统校企合作由于双方在目标差异、利益分割的不同往往容易失败。以项目为纽带,结合企业实际需要、高校专业师资水平、学生必备的知识能力,考虑企业、教师、学生"三位一体"的校企合作,并构建相应的项目群作为载体,是解决以上问题的一种有效途径。
The cooperation between colleges and enterprises is the inevitable road of higher vocational education to cultivate the applied talents needed by enterprises and professions. The original cooperation is unsuccessful easily according to the diversity of objectives and benefits between colleges and enterprises. The trinity model based on the project cluster considering what the company is essential, what the teacher is receptive, what the student is compulsory knowledge and competence of the high-skilled talents is very effective carder to resolve the issue.
