摘要
美国著名心理学家加德纳在批判传统智力理论基础上提出了多元智能理论。该理论认为,除了传统智力理论所认为的人有语言智能和数理逻辑智能以外,还存在着其他九种智能。这几种智能在每个人身上都潜在地存在着,通过教育和培训都能够得到发展。这为当前职校班主任培养具有较高综合素质和较强职业能力的学生具有重要的指导意义。
The well-known American psychologist Gardner put forward Multiple Intelligences Theory on the basis of criticizing traditional intelligence theory. The theory suggests that, in addition to linguistic and mathematical logical intelligence, which is also admitted by the traditional theory, there are other nine intelligences, which exist in each person potentially. Their development can be realized through education and training. This theory provides great guiding significance for college class masters to cultivate the students with higher comprehensive qualities and professional abilities.
