摘要
探讨了大豆毛油在脱胶过程中利用生物化学反应-酶作为催化剂水解磷脂分子。研究表明:酶可在比较温和的条件下将毛油中的非水合磷脂转变成水合磷脂,然后再经离心分离去除胶质得到高质量脱胶油,同时也将油中的其他杂质,如重金属Fe,Ca等降低至理想范围内。
This paper has given a comprehesive discussion about that the enzyme splits off the fatty acid changed from phosphalipides to lysophophalipides during degumming process of soybean oil.The research indicates that the enzyme can catalyze non-hydratable phophatides(NHPs)into hydratable phophatides(HPs) in the mild treatment,then high quality crude oil can be obtained through seperation.At same time,this results in a drastic reduction of undesirable fat impurities such as Fe and Ca etc.
