摘要
目的检测宫颈浸润癌(ICC)和宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)中Annexin A2、NF-κBp65及Ki-67的表达,探讨三者在ICC和CIN组织中表达的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测74例ICC、24例CIN及15例正常宫颈上皮(NCE)中的Annexin A2、NF-κBp65及Ki-67。结果Annexin A2、NF-κBp65和Ki-67在ICC中的阳性表达率均显著高于CIN和NCE(P均<0.05)。低分化LCC组织中Annexin A2的阳性表达率显著高于中、高分化癌组织(P均<0.05),且其表达与患者年龄、组织类型、病理分级和淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05)。NF-κBp65的表达与ICC淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);Ki-67的表达与ICC患者年龄、病理分级有关(P均<0.05)。ICC中Annexin A2、NF-κBp65与Ki-67表达呈正相关(r分别为0.339、0.359、0.542,P均<0.05)。结论Annexin A2高表达可能是ICC的早期事件,可作为ICC的辅助诊断指标,对评价宫颈组织的恶性程度及预后可能有一定的参考价值。Annexin A2、NF-κBp65和Ki-67均在LCC的发生发展中发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Annexin A2,NF-κBp65 and Ki-67 in invasive carcinoma of cervix uteri (ICC) and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), and investigate the relationship among them. Methods The Annexin A2, NF-κBp65 and Ki-67 in 74 specimens of ICC, 24 specimens of CIN (Ⅰ - Ⅲ ) and 15 specimens of normal cervical epithelium (NCE) was examined by SP immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expressions of Annexin A2, NF- κBp65 and Ki-67 had a significantly greater proportion of ICC than CIN ( P 〈 0.05 ) and NCE ( P 〈 0.05). The positive expression of Annexin A2 in poor differentiate carcinoma was higher than that in well and moderate differentiated carcinoma ( P 〈 0.05). The expression of Annexin A2 also significantly associated with age, histological subetype and lymph node metastasis carcinoma of cervix ( P 〈 0.05). There was relationship between NF-κBp65 expression and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05). The positive expression of Ki-67 in poor differentiate carcinoma was higher than that in well and moderate differentiated carcinoma ( P 〈 0.05). The expression of Ki-67 was significantly associated with patients age( P 〈 0.05). Annexin A2 expression was positively correlated to both NF-κBp65 expression and Ki-67 expression in ICC( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Annexin A2 may be an oneogene in ICC, the up-regulation of Annexin A2 may be an early gene event in the occurrence of ICC.Annexin A2 may serve as a potential marker for cervical cancer diagnosis. To appraises the cervix of the uterus organization's malignant degree and the prognosis possibly has certain reference value. Annexin A2, NF-κBp65 and Ki-67 have an impotent role in the carcinogenesis and development of ICC.
