“校企一体”的创新创业型人才培养模式探析

近年来大学生创新创业能力的培养教育问题,已成为广泛关注的焦点。许多一线教育工作者和教育理论专家都对此问题展开了研究,从创新创业教育的必要性、创新创业教育的现状、创新创业教育的实施途径、创新创业教育的课程开发、创新创业教育的师资等方面进行了多方位的深入探索,并取得了许多具有启发性、可行性的成果。而关于如何在高职教育中充分发挥企业的资源优势,将大学生创新创业教育的预期落到实处,尚缺乏深入具体的研究。本文对于通过"校企一体化"模式开展高职创新创业教育的必要性和可行性问题,在结合实践的基础上进行了相关的理论探讨。
