涡喷加力燃烧室湍流两相燃烧数值模拟

Numerical simulation of turbulent two-phase combustion in a turbojet afterburner

摘要 采用无结构网格技术,对具有环形火焰稳定器的三维涡喷加力燃烧室的湍流燃烧过程进行了数值模拟,运用离散相方法和Arrhenius-EBU化学反应模型得到了合理的温度和浓度场分布.在此基础上,比较了一步反应和两步反应机理下的温度场和浓度场,研究了火焰稳定器形状对总压恢复系数和燃烧效率的影响,计算结果与实验值符合较好. Numerical simulation was performed for the turbulent combustion of a 3D turbojet afterburner with flame stabilizers based on the unstructured mesh method. By adopting the discrete phase method and the Arrhenius-EBU turbulent reaction model, reasonable distributions of temperature and fuel mass fraction were obtained. Further study of the difference between one and two step reaction mechanisms was conducted, and the influence of the structure of flame stabilizers on the total pressure recovery coefficient and combustion effieiencv was carefully discussed. The simulation results were consistent with the experiment data.
