摘要
对双层多孔介质燃烧器表面辐射特性进行了实验和数值研究.实验通过改变当量比、预混气质量流量等条件,研究了影响多孔介质燃烧器辐射输出效率的因素;数值模拟采用一维模型和较为详细的化学反应机理,分析了燃烧器内温度分布及辐射通量.实验测得的表面辐射效率在22%左右,同时结果表明,实现贫燃料低流速燃烧可以有效提高表面辐射效率,缩短稳定燃烧区多孔介质也可提高对外辐射效率.
Surface radiation performance of a two-layer porous burner was experimentally and numerically studied. The factors affecting the radiative output efficiency of the porous burner were experimentally investigated by changing the operation conditions, such as the equivalence ratio and mass flowrate of the premixed gas, etc. Temperature and radiative flux profiles inside the burner were simulated by using a one-dimensional model and a detailed reaction mechanism. Surface output radiative efficiency around 22% was achieved in the experiment. The results indicate that lean fuel and low velocity combustion can effectively improve the surface radiative efficiency of the porous burner, and that the efficiency can also be enhanced by shortening the stable burning region.
