On Political-philosophical Spirit in Theory "for Politics by Human"

究竟以何种方式把握"政治哲学"的本性、如何深入理解马克思的政治思想真义、结合当代中国人的政治改革,如何实现马克思主义政治理论的创造性转化?这是当代中国人深化政治体制改革、完善民主政治制度、实现政治正义的关键问题。以"人的观点"把握人的"政治问题","政治哲学"实质表达为哲学活动、哲学之思的一种基本立场、意识方式和价值理念。马克思政治哲学在本质上体现为一种实践的唯物主义精神,它是一种关于无产阶级应当采取何种政治组织形式、怎样实现政治统治权力以及如何完善政治运行机制,最终实现"人类解放"的实践智慧。在马克思主义政治思想的指导下,推进当代中国的社会主义政治体制改革和政治文明建设,不仅要借鉴西方发达国家政治文明的成功经验和政治哲学的思想资源,而且要珍视我们中国人自己的优秀政治文化传统,结合当代中国人的政治生活实际,不断增进中国人的"政治自觉",提升中国人的政治人格,努力实现马克思"人的自由而全面发展"的政治理想。

The key issues in realizing political equity are the nature of ＂political philosophy＂, the essence of Marxist politics;the current political reform in China, and the innovative transformation of Marxist political theory. The Marxist political philosophy is in practice a spirit of materialism concerning how proletariat take, organize and improve their political system. With the help of Marxist theory, we should learn not only from western political civilization and thought resource, but also value our brilliant cultural tradition.
