摘要
人才观问题是人才理论与人才培养、使用和管理实践的根本性问题。人才观与人性观是内在关联的。追问和反思人才观的人性前提及其发展的历史逻辑,是我们确立符合人与社会发展要求的新人才观的内在根据。笔者认为,我们应当立足于当代人的发展与人性革命的内在要求,确立以人为本的人才观。
The problem of sentiments on talents is the essential problem of talents theory, talents education, talents employment and talents management practice. Sentiments on talents are correlative with sentiments on humanhy inherently. Exploring and reflecting the premise of sentiments on talents which concerns the sentiments on humanity,and the development of sentiments on talents are the inner basis according to which we establish the new sentiments on talents that cohere with the development of the people and the society. In this paper, we should establish the sentiments on talents that are people oriented on the basis of meeting the inner needs of the development of the modern people and the humanity revolution.
