彻底摆脱“铁饭碗”观念困扰的意义与路径

The Significance of and Approach to Getting Rid of the Confusion of "Iron Rice Bowl"

经过30年的改革开放,人们的社会生活发生了深刻的变化,破除就业终身制,引入竞争机制,打破"铁饭碗",实行多种分配方式,已成为市场经济劳动制度的必然要求和越来越多人的共识。然而,时至今日仍有一些人无法彻底摆脱"铁饭碗"观念的困扰,为寻找"铁饭碗",而不惜一切代价,这既给用人腐败提供了机会,也给新型劳动制度和劳动关系的形成带来了阻碍。笔者通过对摆脱"铁饭碗"观念困扰的意义与路径的分析,为我国新型劳动制度和劳动关系建立与完善提供理论支持。

Thirty-year of opening up and reform have witnessed the profound changes in people＇s social life. The eradication of life-long employment, introduction of competition mechanism, abandonment of guaranteed employment and implement of multiple distribution styles have been called into existence at the inevitable requirement of market economy labor system and consensus of mounting numbers of people. However, today some people still can not rid themselves of the ＂ Iron Rice Bowl ＂ concept. Their pursuits for ＂iron rice bowl＂, at all costs, not only provide opportunities for employment corruption but also impede new labor system and labor relations. Basing on the analysis of significance of and approach to getting rid of the harassment of ＂ Iron Rice Bowl ＂, this paper offers theoretical support for the establishment and improvement of China＇s new labor system and labor relations.
