The administrative cadres is a special significant class of candidates for adult schools.It is the requirement of both reality and theory for them to receive adult education. The nationwide sample survey shows that there are strong demands for the current ad- ministrative cadres, but the needs and conditions of adult education among different regions are quite different. Aduh schools should promote administrative cadres＇ education and train through various ways.
