汽车运输是国家经济建设和军队平战时期的主要运输方式,各国都十分重视。分析了俄军汽车运输在组织管理机构、车辆装备建设、汽车运输力量、运输信息化建设等方面的特点,并借鉴其在建设发展过程中的成功经验,为我军汽车运输提供了多方面的启示:例如构建一体化军交运输保障体系、加快车辆装备建设步伐、加强汽车运输防卫等,有利于我军汽车运输保障能力的提高。

Auto transportation is one of the main military transportation means, to which all the countries in the world attach great importance. An analysis of the characteristics of the Russian military auto trans- portation in organizational and management bodies, the construction of auto equipment and auto transpor- tation forces, and the construction of transportation information is performed in the paper, with the suc- cessful experience of the Russian Army in the process of construction and development summed up for our army, which gives much enlightenment to our military auto transportation in many respects, such as estab- lishing an integrated military transportation and support system, speeding up the construction of automo- biles and equipment, and strengthening the defense capability of auto transportation, and which helps the improvement in our military auto transportation and support capability.
