A perfect pneumatic splice has not only interminglings in the middle,but also many small warppings on both sides of the spliced region, and must have hear overlapping loopy warppings at both ends. Only the fluffy and hairy untwisted yarn ends obtained from a swirling jet untwisting can generate many small wrappings when spliced. To get the fluffy and hairy untwisted yarn ends, a small swirling intensity value must be used to eliminate a reverse flow zone.
