全毛针织绒线丝光柔软工艺探讨

Investigation on Soft and Luster Process of Wool Knitted Yarn

本文对不同柔软剂及不同用量的氯化和柔软处理对处理效果的影响试验后,提出了羊毛氯化/柔软的丝光柔软工艺,并对其染色特性进行了讨论.经处理后的全毛针织绒线的手感具有羊绒般的柔软效果,且有一定的光泽和滑络感,并有良好的防缩性能,达到了IWS机可洗的要求.

The soft and luster process of wool knitted yarn treated with chlorination and softening is investigated by tests of the treatment with various kinds of softeners and various quantity of chlorine and softener on the treatment effects. The dyeing bechaviour of the treated yarn is also discussed. The treated yarn has a good luster and very smoothness, and a very soft handle like cashmere and a good anti-felting effect meeting IWS machine - washable shrinkhesistant standard.
