摘要
以紫外线和溴乙锭对乳链球菌6030和6025菌株诱变,筛选出乳糖代谢障碍(Lac-)突变体,测定了乳链球菌及其突变体利用糖类的能力和β-半乳糖苷酶活力,经质粒DNA检测和Southcrn印迹杂交分析,证实乳链球菌Lac-突变体乳糖代谢能力的丧失与含有乳糖代谢基因的大质粒有关。
Inctose-negative mutants were derived from streptococcus lactis 6030 and 6025 treated by ultravi-olet irradiation and ethidium bromide. The nature of the carbohydrates fermention and the β- galactase activity were determined in the mutants. The β-galactase genes of S. Lactis 6030, 6025 and Lacmutants were analyzed by a DIG-β-galactase gene probe.The results showed that the lactose metabolism of S·Lactis was associated with the presence of the plasmid.
