摘要
以紫外线和溴乙锭对乳链球菌6030和6025菌株诱变，筛选出乳糖代谢障碍（Lac－）突变体，测定了乳链球菌及其突变体利用糖类的能力和β-半乳糖苷酶活力，经质粒DNA检测和Southcrn印迹杂交分析，证实乳链球菌Lac-突变体乳糖代谢能力的丧失与含有乳糖代谢基因的大质粒有关。
Inctose－negative mutants were derived from streptococcus lactis 6030 and 6025 treated by ultravi－olet irradiation and ethidium bromide． The nature of the carbohydrates fermention and the β－ galactase activity were determined in the mutants． The β－galactase genes of S． Lactis 6030， 6025 and Lacmutants were analyzed by a DIG-β-galactase gene probe．The results showed that the lactose metabolism of S·Lactis was associated with the presence of the plasmid．
