Exploration on Quality Management Approaches of Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Comprehensive Quality Management Theory of Enterprise

质量作为高等职业教育内生发展的关键元素，逐渐引起社会各界的关注。西方传统大学对于西方企业全面管理理论的借鉴带来大学质量管理上的新突破。对于我国而言，准确地在职业教育中运用这种新型的管理方式以适应需求多元化的社会环境是高等职业教育在新时期大发展的必要条件。

As key factor for endogenesis development of higher vocational education, quality has aroused attention of society. Reference of comprehensive management theorv of enterprises of western traditional universities put forward breakthrough for quality management of universities. As far as higher vocational education China is concerned, applying this new management mode to adapt to outside demand and pluralistic social environment is prerequisite for huge development of higher vocational education in new period.
