摘要
教育力是指教师在教育活动中所反映出来的一系列能力的总和。高职院校教师教育力的提升是师资队伍建设的核心，也是高职院校内涵建设的重要方面。高职院校教师教育力的提升主要包括技术力的完善、人群力的集聚、政策力的内化、文化力的构建、学习力的发展五个方面。
Educational capacity indicates the summation of a series of abilities reflected in teachers educational activities. The enhancement of educational capacity teachers is core for teaching staff construction as well as important aspect for con- notation construction of higher vocational schools. The enhancement of educational capacities of higher vocational school teachers include five aspects： optimization of technical ability, convergency of talent ability, internalization of policy ability, construction of cultural ability and development of learning ability.
