摘要
采用V形弯曲实验方法对层压减振复合钢板的弯曲性能进行了研究,结果指出,高聚物夹层材料对弯曲性能影响很大;增加钢板表面粗糙度和适当加大粘合压力,可改善层压减振复合钢板的弯曲性能;反向弯曲现象是层压减振复合钢板的一种特征。
The flenible properties of laminated polymer/steel plate composites for shock absorption were studied by using the method of V flenibility test. The results indicated that the polymer materials highly influnced the fleaible properties of the caminated composites. The increase of crudeness degree of the steel plate surface and the increase of the formation pressure could improve the flenible properties of the laminated composites; The reverse flenibility was a feature of the laminated polymer/steel plate composites.
