摘要
该文引入模糊集理论,通过建立数学模型,对IT企业员工素质进行评测,解决了传统测评中客观性欠缺而主观性太强的问题,并进行了实际应用举例。
In this paper, we want to establish a mathematical model by using the theory of fuzzy to assess stafts in IT enterprise. It can help to address the lack of objectivity in the evaluation, while having too much subjectivity. We also give an example.
