摘要
基于部队管理评估中影响因素种类繁多、复杂易变的特点,评估带有明显的模糊性,不易做定量分析。而利用灰色系统理论,构建一种多层次指标体系下的部队管理评估模型,能够收到较好的评估效果。
A lot of factors which influence the combat effectiveness are fuzzy and variable ,therefore ,it is difficult to make the quantitative analysis. In terms of grey system theory ,the multilayer index system for the force management is built up. By using of the analytic approach , the judged object could be evealud more .
