青冈栎仿红木的材性处理工艺

青冈栎盛产于我国长江流域以南地区,其木材结构和客积重与红木十分接近。经过合理的水热浸泡和高温干燥处理,即可作为仿红木材料用于家具。文章分析了青冈栎的机理,介绍了材性处理工艺要求,并以表式对青冈栎处理前后的性能与红木作了比较。

The Cyclobalanopsis glauca whose structure and specific gravity are vary similar to the Pterocarpus, is lushly growing in the south region of Changjiang River After being soaked in hot water and dried at high temperature, it can be used to make furniture as imitation Pterocarpus. The properties of Cyclobalanopsis glauca are analyzed and the technology of treatment is presented in this article. A comparison of the properties of the material before and after treatment is made as well.
