摘要 对利用Berthelot反应测定铵离子浓度进行了细致的研究。对苯酚、NaOH和NaOCl等影响因素进行了探讨,通过正交实验确定了主次因素,运用响应面分析方法对试剂的配比进行了优化,并在尿素氮的测定中取得了满意的结果。 Determination of ammonium concentration by Berthelot reaction was studied in detail in this paper. The influences of Phenol, NaOH and NaOCl were investigated by single factor experiments. The importance of each factor was elucidated by orthogonal experiments and the composition of the reaction mixture was optimized by the Response Surface Analysis (RAS). The resultant reaction system was proven to be satisfactary in determining the nitrogen content of urea.
