摘要
将采摘的苦楝果实烘干、粉碎,以水为溶剂,用超声波法提取得到苦楝果实的水提取物,以苦楝果实重量为标准计算,配制成不同浓度的苦楝果实提取液,用于观察对小麦幼苗生长情况的影响。幼苗通过质量浓度为33.33%、16.67%、8.33%、5.00%、3.33%、1.67%的苦楝果实水提取物喷雾处理后,生长情况有明显差异。试验结果表明:苦楝果实水提取物对小麦幼苗的生长有促进作用,提取物浓度越大,促进作用越明显。
Dried Melia azedarach L. fruits, crushed, and dissolred in water, got Melia azedarach L. water extractive by way of ultrasonic extract. And confected different concentration Melia azedarach L. extractive according to fruits weight, used for examination the effect on groweh of weat seedling. The result showed that weat seedings growth were different obviously among 33.33% ,16.67% ,8.33% ,5.00% ,3.33% and 1.67% after sprayed. And the result showed that Melia azedarach L. water extractive could promote growth of wheat seedlings, and higher the concentraction, the greater the pronoting effect.
