杨树酚类物质对春季温度骤降的响应 被引量:1

Responses of Phenolic Compounds in Poplar to Abrupt Temperature Decrease in Spring

摘要 在春季,对芽萌动期、芽开放期和展叶始期的黑林三号(P.psuedo-simonii×P.nigra×P.nigraCL.‘HeilinⅢ’,抗冻能力较弱)、黑林五号(P.psuedo-simonii×P.nigra×P.nigraCL.‘A5’,抗冻能力一般)、小黑杨(P.xiaoheiHuang,抗冻能力较强)进行了5℃或10℃温度骤降处理,并观测了温度骤降对不同抗冻能力杨树枝皮中4种酚类物质(缩合单宁,木质素,总酚,黄酮)含量的影响。结果表明:同一生育时期,温度骤降幅度越大,酚类物质含量升高越多;芽萌动期,经-5℃温度处理的杨树枝皮酚类物质含量变化幅度最大。从酚类物质的类别角度看,抗冻能力较强的小黑杨中木质素含量变化显著,抗冻能力较弱的黑林三号和抗冻能力一般的黑林五号,则是缩合单宁和总酚的含量变化显著,黄酮含量的变化在不同抗冻能力的杨树间差异不大。 An experiment was conducted to study the changes of phenolic compounds (condensed tannin, lignin, total phenol, flavonoid) in poplars with different cold resistances at different stages of germination, bud opening and leaf unfolding under abrupt temperature decrease (5 degrees C or 10 degrees C) conditions in spring. Populus psuedo-simonii × P. nigra × P. nigra CL. ' Heilin Ⅲ ' , P. psuedo-simonii × P. nigra × P. nigra CL. ' A5 ' , P. xiaohei Huang were used as experimental materials. Results showed that the phenolic compound content in poplars increased with temperature decreasing at the same growth stage. A most significant change in phenolic compound content of branch barks was observed under an abrupt temperature decrease of 5 degrees C at the stage of germination. Significant changes were found in lignin content in P. xiaohei Huang with higher cold resistance, condensed tannin and total phenol contents in P. psuedo-simonii × P. nigra × P. nigra CL. ' Heilin Ⅲ' with lower cold resistance and P. psuedo-simonii × P. nigra× P. nigra CL. ' A5' with general cold resistance, and the differences of flavonoid contents were insignificant among poplam with different cold resistances.
