聚丙烯酸钠/蒙脱土复合高吸水性树脂的合成

The Composite of Poly(sodiumacrylate)/montmorillonite

以丙烯酸和蒙脱土为原料,利用反相悬浮聚合法进行了聚丙烯酸钠/蒙脱土复合高吸水性树脂的合成研究。用烷基季铵盐对蒙脱土进行插层处理,使其成为有机蒙脱土;考察了有机蒙脱土添加量、引发剂用量、交联剂用量、中和度、反应温度等因素对复合树脂吸水性能的影响,得到了复合树脂的最佳合成条件。

Poly （sodiumacrylate）/montmorillonite composite was synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization using partially neutralized acrylic acid and montmorillonite. Alkylammonium ion was used to dispose montmorillonite （MMT） to prepare organic montmorillonite （OMMT）. The key factors of influence on absorbency including the amount of montmorillonite, initiator and crosslinking agent, the neutralization degree of acrylic acid, the reaction temperature were investigated.
