巯基乙酸异辛酯的合成

Synthesis of Isooctyl Mercaptoacetate

研究了巯基乙酸异辛酯的合成。以氯乙酸与异辛酯为起始原料,经酯化、巯基化、水解、还原等步骤合成了巯基乙酸异辛酯。以氯乙酸计总收率77.3%,含量(GC)99.1%。该合成工艺与文献工艺相比,具有操作简便,成本低等优点。

Studied the synthetic process of isooctyl mercaptoacetate （TGE）. TGE was designed and synthesised from chloroacetic acid, via esterification , sulfhydrylation , hydrolylis and reduction reaction. The overall yield was 76.3% to chloroacetic acid , the assay was 99.1% （GC）. In comparsion with the methods reported, this process had several advantages such as facile reaition conditions and low cost.
