PPH配合消痔灵高位注射治疗环状混合痔合并直肠黏膜内脱垂20例

Therapeutic Observation of PPH plus Local Xiaozhiling Injection in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids Complicated with Internal Rectal Mucosal Prolapse：Analysis of 20 Cases

评价PPH配合消痔灵高位注射治疗环状混合痔合并直肠黏膜内脱垂的治疗效果。对20例环状混合痔合并直肠黏膜内脱垂患者，采用PPH结合消痔灵高位直肠黏膜下注射治疗。结果显示，脱出、排便困难、便血等症状得到有效缓解，有效率100％，患者满意率95％。结果表明，PPH配合消痔灵高位注射是治疗环状混合痔合并直肠黏膜内脱垂的一种有效方法。

Twenty patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids complicated with internal rectal mucosal prolapse underwent PPH and high Xiaozhiling injection,and the therapeutic results were evaluated. As results,such symptoms as prolapse,dysporia and hematachezia were effectively relieved, the improvement rate was 100% and the satisfaction rate of the patients was 95.0%. It is concluded that the combined therapy of PPH plus high Xiaozhiling injection is an effective one in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid complicated with internal rectal mucosal prolapse.
