摘要
为了探讨PPH在直肠前突中的应用价值，回顾性分析43例直肠前突患者经PPH治疗后的观察结果。结果显示，肛门坠胀、排便不畅等临床症状得到明显改善，有效率100％。结果表明，PPH治疗直肠前突是一种安全、有效的术式，具有住院时间短、痛苦小、并发症少等优点。
The therapeutic efficacy of PPH in the treatment of rectoeele was evaluated. As results,the clinical symptoms of tenesmus and dysporia, etc in the 43 cases who undergone PPH treatment were notably improved;the improvement rate was 100%. It is concluded that PPH is a safe and effective procedure in the treatment of rectocele,and has the advantages of shorter hospital stay,less pain and complications.
