PPH治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ度痔133例术后并发症分析

Postoperative Complications of PPH in the Treatment of Ⅲ and Ⅳ Stage Hemorrholds：Analysis of 133 Cases

为了预防PPH术后并发症，对PPH治疗133例痔患者临床资料作回顾性分析，分析术后并发症发生的种类、程度及转归。结果表明，PPH较传统手术具有明显的优点，但也存在一些术后并发症，以吻合口出血、肛门疼痛、肛门坠胀、尿潴留多见，一些严重并发症甚至可危及患者的生命。对于并发症的发生要给予足够重视，并针对原因采取相应措施以减少其发生。

The objective of this study is to discuss the preventive measures for postoperative complications of PPH. The clinical data of 133 patients who had had hemorrhoids of Ⅲ and Ⅳ degrees and had undergone PPH treatment were analized retrospectively, the postoperative complications,in terms of their type, severity and outcome,were studied. As results,PPH treatment had the following common postoperative complication：bleeding at the anostomotic stoma,anal pain,tenesmus, retention of urine and even few severe ones endangered patients lives,though PPH is a better procedure. It is suggested that attentions should be made to take effective measures and to reduce the occurrence rate of complications.
