善宁联合理气宽肠汤治疗粘连性肠梗阻68例疗效观察

The Effective Observation of Combined Shanning and Liqi Kuanchang Tang Decoction for Treatment of Adhesive Bowel Obstruction：Analysis of 68 Cases

为观察善宁联合理气宽肠汤治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效，将68例粘连性肠梗阻患者全部采用善宁与理气宽肠汤并配合西医常规保守治疗。结果显示，保守治疗成功66例（占97％），通过手术治疗解除梗阻2例（占3％）。结果表明，善宁联合理气宽肠汤治疗粘连性肠梗阻治愈率明显提高，住院时间缩短，费用降低。

To evaluate the therapeutic effect of combined Shanning and Liqi Kuanchang Tang decoction for adhesive bowel obstuction, 68 patients were treated with Shanning and Liqi Kuanchang Tang based on conventional treatment. As results, 66 patients（97 %） were cured with conservative treatment, 2 patients（3 %） with operation. The results show that Shanning and Liqi Kuanchang Tang decoction combined with routine treatment is an effective method to treat adhesive bowel obstruction, shorter hospital stay and fewer cost.
